Shipping policy


Map prints are created on demand - this means you will receive a brand new product straight from the printer. After you place your order, allow 5-7 days for your product to be printed and shipped.


Once your print is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If your package has been marked delivered, but you did not receive a delivery, wait a few days to see if the shipment shows up. We also recommend checking with neighbors nearby for delivery errors. We are not responsible for delivery driver errors or for packages stolen after delivery.


Please note that unframed products are carefully rolled and shipped in poster tubes. Allow time to flatten print upon arrival. 


During the holiday season (late November through end of December), fulfillment times are slightly longer and a notice will be posted during the holiday season to inform customers of holiday order deadlines.
