At East of Nowhere, our goal is to provide premium works of art that you will enjoy for years to come. We understand the uncertainties associated with buying art online, and we want to make the return process as simple as possible.

30 days, no questions asked.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns.

Ineligible items.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders or purchases of 10 or more items. 

How to return.
To begin a return or exchange, click here and follow the instructions to start a return. You’ll be asked to locate your order and select the item and reason for your return. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions.

If you purchased from us through Etsy, you must use Etsy Messenger to contact us and initiate your return or exchange.

Damaged or misprinted products.
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or was misprinted, please contact us at support@eastofnowhere.co and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible. Please include photographs showing the full item, the damage or printing issue, and the packing slip.

Order cancellations.
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out through our contact page within one hour of your purchase. Please include your name and order number. If you do not contact us within this window, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled.

Price adjustments.
Prices for previously purchased items cannot be adjusted, regardless of whether the order has shipped.
