At East of Nowhere, our goal is to provide premium works of art that you will enjoy for years to come. We understand the uncertainties associated with buying goods online and we want to make the process as simple as possible.
30 days, no questions asked.
We accept returns and/or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Prints must be returned in perfect condition with proof of purchase. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, we will process your refund and the balance will be returned through your original payment method (e.g. credit card, PayPal).
Ineligible items.
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for custom orders or oversized/wholesale purchases. These items are made-to-order.
How to return.
To begin the return process, send an inquiry email to support@eastofnowhere.co and we will provide you with further instructions. Please include your name and order number in the request. If you purchased a product from us through our Etsy page, you must use Etsy messenger to contact us.
Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs, shipping costs are non-refundable. It is highly recommended that returns are shipped using a tracking service and insurance. If a return is lost in transit, we cannot offer a refund on the order.
Damaged or misprinted products.
In the rare case your product was misprinted or damaged during shipping, reach out to us at support@eastofnowhere.co and we will get a new print out as soon as possible. Be sure to send photographs of the full print, the damage, and the packing slip.
Order cancellations.
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out via our contact page within one hour of your purchase. Please include your name and order number. If you do not reach out within this window, we cannot cancel your order.
Price adjustments.
Prices for purchased items cannot be adjusted, regardless of whether the item has been shipped.
