I was very impressed with the Sahara map and such fine detail, you can almost see the Pyramids of Egypt. However your site is a little deceiving as I was under the assumption in was a 3D map. Not that you claim it was. It's just that it looks 3D and not just a flat piece of paper. But I am very happy with my purchase. Just kidding about being deceptive on your site. Looking forward to seeing other possibilities to purchase in the future.
Prints were beautiful. Framing was as expected for the price, and sufficient. However, my damaged print was not easy to return. Maybe linking to the Route App instead of the directions on your website might make it easier. Once I got through to them, it was pretty painless.
Just be aware it isn't actually 3-D printed but once you hang it and put it on a frame it looks exactly as they advertiste it. It definitely looks really cool and would 100% get it again.
We ordered the extea large Colorado shaded map. We are very happy with it - we received it earlier than expected, came in packaged and protected well, and it's a great quality map. Thank you very much for the craftsmanship!
I really love this new artwork on my wall that gives such a lofty but detailed perspective of the NY Finger Lakes region. The colors are subtle...not glaringly bright green and blue as another satellite image I saw for sale. The relief shading adds depth to the image so we can really envision the hills and valleys.
I purchased this as a gift for my husband who is a recently retired Earth Science teacher and map fanatic. He loved it! The print is high quality and almost looks 3D. We framed it and will be rearranging artwork in the living room to showcase it. : )
Everyone comments on how cool the shaded map looks in my living room. This is definitely a conversation piece and I suspect the Mammoth Lakes / Eastern Sierra map looks extra contoured due to the elevation extremes in this area. I ordered it framed and it came well protected with corner guards.
Poster tube arrived dented, and the poster inside had crease running the entire length due to said dent. Route Package Protection replaced the poster with a new one in perfect time. Thanks!
I thought the print would be textured and it isn’t, it’s just a print. The frame is nice quality and the map makes a statement as soon as you see it. The packaging was far above expectations. Shipping was quick! I was also thrilled that I could stack a coupon on top of the sale. I will definitely purchase again. I think this was a great value for the size.
