Shipping policy

Map prints are made to order in our Upstate New York studio. Fulfillment times vary throughout the year depending on print shop volume and order demand.

Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you place your order. These estimates include both production time and shipping time.

•

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

•

Express fulfillment and shipping are available on eligible orders. Express orders are prioritized for production and shipped using UPS 2nd Day Air. UPS express shipping is not available to PO boxes.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please allow a short period of time for the package to appear and check with nearby neighbors or household members. We are not responsible for carrier delivery errors or packages that are lost or stolen after being marked delivered.

Unframed prints are carefully rolled and shipped in protective poster tubes. Prints may retain some curl when first removed and may require time to flatten.

During periods of high demand, particularly from late November through December, fulfillment times may be longer than usual. Current delivery estimates and holiday ordering deadlines will be posted on our website and shown at checkout.
